Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to tidy up your mess quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the best way to go. The best robot vacuums and mops I test had superior mapping and navigation. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as wires that were tangled.
You can also schedule cleaning tasks through an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra

The Roborock S8 MaxV is the most efficient robot mop and vacuum combination. It is equipped with the latest features. This top-of-the-line model is quick and agile it can remove debris such as hair from pets and human hair with a near perfect accuracy in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking interface that includes a mini map of your house and a few buttons on the screen to allow manual control.
Another notable characteristic of the S8 is its ability to change its cleaning mode based on the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will pause and clean its mopping pad more often when it comes across dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.
The mop roller has several other clever features, including a dock that can be connected to the plumbing system in your home to wash and clean it without having to manually refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant in the S8 you can make use of voice commands to set the cleaning mode of your room and provide granular control using only your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for a hands free robot vacuum that can also mop. It's one of the combination robot vacuums that have mopping features that are also priced lower than competitors.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to begin, which includes creating an account on the official app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. After that, the robot will start vacuuming and mops effortlessly.
It is important to note that mapping takes quite a while, and it may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. auto vacuum is not perfect. It was able skirt around furniture and other obstacles but it was stuck on a rug with tassels and had to flip over to release itself. However, these aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a excellent choice for those who want an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping feature the ability to rotate in a manner similar to hand scrubbing which results in floors that are genuinely cleaned, not just swept. The vacuum stick that can be detached is an innovative tool that can reach places even robot vacuums can't.
This model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa and some additional clever features. The upgraded RGBD sensor can learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacle avoidance. The app's smart features allow you to modify a range of settings, including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging station at the end of each job to clean their pads and empty the dust bins and put the debris in a self sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean, and also stops allergens from circulating. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without needing the battery to be charged mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a high-end robot vacuum and mop model that comes with impressive features at a reasonable price. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power and a rotating brush that is ideal for hard floors and carpets and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also has a unique mopping method that uses a roller constantly spraying with water to collect dirt and then deposit it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It stayed clear of stairs and navigated close to walls without falling. However, it struggled with fine engrained debris and wasn't always able to remove raised thresholds in rooms. The operating level of the sound is also quite high, so this model might not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, comes with docking technology that allows it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dustbin, wash and dry the mop, as well as empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with the regular schedule. You can control all of its functions using the Eufy app, which provides a clear overview and plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best mowers and vacuums on the market. It provides amazing results when it comes to mopping and vacuuming. The LIDAR mapping sensors can detect furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with a reasonable precision. The app allows users to fine-tune the coverage of the map, create no-go zones and alter the cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was designed to stop hair from wrapping itself around it. This can be a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system also incorporates intelligent carpet detection, which lifts these pads upwards when they're near soft surfaces to avoid contaminating the carpet.
The docking station is an unmanned maintenance center that automatically washes and dries the mops, and refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station comes with an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, allowing for 7 weeks of maintenance free operation.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars less than the S8 and this robot does a bang-up job at keeping my home office tidy and is able to tackle the corners of my tight apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to build an outline of your home, so it knows where not to go. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop) unlike most vacuums.
Other amazing features include a self emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing and adjustable for water temperature, and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also customize the settings for each room and set up cleaning schedules.
Similar to the S8 model, it comes with multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood with high-pile rugs. If you're looking to save time, it will skip mopping in rooms that aren't soiled. It's an excellent option if you have a mix of flooring in your home and do not want to invest the extra money for a Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that can manage regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this little robot is an excellent choice. It offers a broad range of features including self-emptying dustbins and an additional water refill dock, as well as customizable settings in the app. It's surprisingly quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up the tangled tassels of a rug and it drains its battery faster than other models we tried.
With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly device that packs powerful suction and useful automation into a sleek design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it did quite well. It also offers a selection of cleaning options to meet your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for debris that is light to the more robust 'Turbo' mode that is ideal for rooms with carpet. It can even be programmed to automatically remove and replace mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great mop and robot vacuum for people who live in tiny spaces. It's very quiet and fast, and it does a great job of maneuvering around tight spaces. It also does a good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a good amount of suction power, and it's possible to take photos of each object it comes across (i.e. chew toys, or socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they aren't taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure and not linked to your account.
It's great at vacuuming, but not so well in mopping. It uses disposable wipes that clip onto the bot's bottom, and then drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
